Today, Governor Roy Cooper signed the following bill into law:

    Senate Bill 115: Repurpose R.J. Blackley Ctr as Psych Hospital

Governor Cooper made the following statement on SB 115:

“This new law will help more children and young people get the inpatient psychiatric care they need and continues our efforts to improve mental health care in North Carolina.”
