SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox has ordered the flags of the United States of America and the great state of Utah be lowered in honor and remembrance of the victims in Monterey Park, California.

Flags should be lowered to the half-staff position immediately until sunset on Jan. 26, 2023. Read President Biden’s statement.
