Governor Gianforte Solicits Public Comment on Thirteenth Judicial District Judge Applicants

HELENA, Mont. – Governor Greg Gianforte today announced he is seeking public comment on applicants to the vacancy in the Thirteenth Judicial District (Yellowstone County).

Members of the public can provide letters of support or other comments regarding the applicants through Friday, May 5, 2023, at 5 p.m.

The governor has received applications from the following attorneys whose applications may be found at nominatejudges.mt.gov:

Bradley Kneeland
Thomas Pardy
Alexander Roth
Michelle Sullivan

Members of the public should submit letters or other comments by email to [email protected], by fax to (406) 444-4151, or by mail to Attn: Hannah Slusser, Governor’s Office, PO Box 200801, Helena, MT 59620.

Letters or other comments submitted will be publicly available and posted at nominatejudges.mt.gov.

Applicants must receive at least three letters of support to be considered for appointment by the governor.
