HONOLULU – Governor Josh Green, M.D., will travel to Washington D.C. on Sunday, June 8, for various meetings with federal officials. During his visit he will participate in the Hawai‘i on the Hill event – including a panel discussion on emerging technologies and their projected impacts on Hawai?i, as well as deliver remarks at the “Taste of Hawai?i on the Hill” portion of the event.

Governor Green is scheduled to depart Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, June 11, to begin a planned family vacation. He will return to Honolulu on Tuesday, June 24.

Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke will serve as acting Governor from the afternoon of June 8 until the afternoon of June 24.
