Augusta, MAINE - Pursuant to federal law, Governor Janet Mills has ordered the United States and State of Maine Flags to be lowered to half-staff on, November 29, 2022 in honor of the passing of United States Representative Donald McEachin from Virginia. Representative McEachin passed away Monday after a battle with colorectal cancer.
