TALLAHASSEE, Fla.  — On July 29th, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the reappointment of Adria Starkey to the Florida Prepaid College Board.

Starkey, of Naples, is the Collier County President of FineMark National Bank and Trust. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer of The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company. Starkey serves on the board of The HealthCare Network Foundation, Gulfshore Playhouse, and Naples Children and Education Foundation. Starkey earned her bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Florida.

This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
