8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Swine Weigh-In
8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: 4-H Exhibit Check In at Extension Booth
12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m: Sheep and Goat Weigh-In
Unload on 9th St. - Vet check required before unloading.
Non-compliance will result in disqualification.
3:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m: Open Class Exhibit Check-In
3:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m: Antique Exhibit check-in (Wed. Only)
3:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: 4-H and Open Class Rabbit Check-In
4:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: 4-H and Open Class Poultry-testing/check- in
6:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Beef Weigh-In
7:00 p.m: 4-H Royalty Crowning (downtown park)
4-H Public Fashion Revue following Royalty
Horse Show Awards following Fashion Revue
10:00 p.m: Booths in Place

8:00 a.m: Swine Show
9:15 a.m: Handiwork Judging
9:30 a.m: Open Class Food Judging
10:00 a.m: Rabbit Judging
10:00 a.m: Judging of the following open class exhibits
Antiques Hobbies and Crafts Art
Photography Booths Cookie Jar
Flowers Crops and Garden
10:30 a.m: 4-H Booths and Banners
12:00 p.m: Cookie Jar Silent Action Starts in Fair Barn
12:00 p.m: Free meal open to the public, Sponsored by Plains State  Bank. Downtown Harper under tent. Must be wearing a fair button to be served.
1:00 p.m: Judging of Indoor 4-H Exhibits
6:00 p.m: Pioneer Feed- Dowtown Harper Under Tent
Everyone is invited. Sponsored by the City of Harper, City of Anthony, and City of Attica.
6:00 p.m - 6:50 p.m: Kids Pedal Tractor Pull Pre-entries
7:00 p.m: Kids Pedal Tractor Pull

8:00 a.m: Meat Goat Show
9:00 a.m: Sheep Show (follows goat show) not before
10:30 a.m: Poultry Showmanship
11:00 a.m: Poultry Judging
3:00 p.m: Beef Show
7:00 p.m: Demolition Derby (Derby Arena) by Peeps
9:00 p.m: Entertainment downtown

11:00 a.m: Baked Pie Contest (NE room in fair building)
12:00 p.m: Cookie Jar Silent Auction in Fair Barn Ends
12:00 p.m: Lunch for 4-H/FFA members, families and livestock buyers sponsored by Mid Kansas Coop
1:30 p.m: Award Presentations (livestock arena)  
2:00 p.m: Livestock Sale
12:30 p.m - 1:15 p.m: Baked Pie Silent Auction in Fair Barn from winners will be announced at end of sale.
6:30 p.m: Grand Parade -Starting West of downtown HP
7:30 p.m: Turtle Races (following parade) VFW
8:00 p.m: Entertainment downtown
8:00 p.m: Exhibit and Booth Checkout
