The Hoosier Solar Eclipse Festival promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime, four-day extravaganza, blending the awe-inspiring cosmic event with a vibrant celebration of music, vendors, interactive activities, and more. 09:00 AM: Gates Open For Campers

Campers may begin checking in and setting up. Campsite location will be first come first serve. Must purchase  Package ticket online prior to arrival.

11:00 AM: Festival Opens

The gates swing wide open, welcoming all campers and day pass ticket holders to the  grounds.

11:00 AM: Vendors & Activities Open

All Vendors, Activities, Food Trucks, and Beer & Wine Garden open for business.

11:30 AM: Treasure Hunt | Day One

Adventure awaits! Meet your guide at the Barn for instructions and a map to find the treasure! Each day there will be a new treasure to find. Lets see who can find it! Good luck and have fun!

04:00 PM: Bear Clan Native Village Opens

Immerse yourself in the Bear Clan Native village experience, complete with traditional tipis, where you can enjoy timeless traditions, explore handcrafted treasures, and much more.

04:00 PM: Cary Spear Country Classics

Carey Spear Country Classics delivers an electrifying blend of timeless country melodies, infused with soulful rhythms and captivating vocals, promising a toe-tapping journey through the heartland of Americana!

Food Trucks will open for that morning cup o' Joe and the festivities shall commence for a second day full of memories and fun!

Wine and Beer Garden, Hosted by Indy Beer Taps. This adorable retro camper has been transformed in to a mobile bar that offers boozy and non alcoholic slushies, beer, and wine!

12:00 PM: Corn Hole Tournament | Day One

Join us for our Cornhole Tournament! Gather your friends and family for a day of friendly competition and fun. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the game, everyone is welcome to participate. Show off your tossing skills and aim for victory in this classic backyard game.
