The Great Plains ADA Report is available online. You can see it here. They provide lots of information and links to new documents from the EEOC, Department of Justice and other federal agencies.  

The Great Plains ADA Center is the one providing technical assistance to Kansas along with Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. They sponsor the ADA Symposium that will be in Kansas City this year and run the ADA Coordinator Certification Program.
