The Dearborn Public Library will host Lindsey Kerr, Michigan State University Extension’s Consumer Horticulture Educator for Wayne County, for a virtual Zoom program on Thursday, October 6 at 6:30 p.m. She will cover ­disease prevention in home gardens, dealing with garden pests, avoiding damage to plants this winter, and setting the stage for a healthy growing season next year.
