Health Livonia's 100 Days to Health Kicks Off in Less Than One Month

We’re less than one month away from the upcoming Healthy Livonia 100 Days to Health, which kicks off 9-11:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26. This event is an annual favorite that both challenges participants and lets members and non-members alike sample a wide range of group fitness classes.

Nerf Nights Bring Families Together With Fun Foam Activity Feb. 3

Have the kids been having all the Nerf Night fun without you? Now families can work together - or split up against one another - with our NEW Family Nerf Nights the first Friday of each month at the Kirksey Recreation Center. We still have the youth Nerf Nights at 5:30 p.m. (ages 5-7) and 6:45 p.m. (ages 8-12), but we’ve now added a Family Nerf Night from 8-9 p.m. for any family members ages 5 through adults.

Register now for Feb. 3. Bring N-Strike-compatible equipment and we’ll provide the ammo.

What Are You Looking For in a New Senior Center? Take Our Survey!

As we look toward the future, we want to know what YOU would like to see in a new senior center. Please take the survey at Surveymonkey.com/r/5WCQ7ZX to let us know by Feb. 17. Paper copies are also available at the Kirksey Recreation Center and Civic Park Senior Center.

As designs are formed and funding secured, there’s no set timeline for the project, but visit Livonia.gov/1899 via LivoniaParks.org for updates on the new Livonia Senior Center project.
