Dr. Meagan Arrastia-Chisholm is the recipient of Valdosta State University's 2022 Presidential Excellence Award for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. She serves as an associate professor of educational psychology in the James L. and Dorothy H. Dewar College of Education and Human Services’ Department of Human Services and as an associate professional counselor in the campus-based Counseling Center.
