The Memorial Day weekend event is hosted by the East Realm and Chieftain of the East, Joe Dupont "Caveman," and will take place at Bauernhof Dennis. It will include an Official Clan Event. The below itinerary is tentative. We hope to see as many of you as possible. There certainly is a lot of camping and parking space for Cages, RVs, and motorcycles. Showers and toilets are available in the house. Bring your own towels, wash cloths, etc.

9 - 11:00 am: KSU Road Captain, TBD
11:00-12:30 pm: Lunch

3 - 5 pm: Enroute to Bauernhof Dennis
5 pm: Messick's Farm Market frozen yogurt stop (Time Permitting)
6 pm: Dinner
7 pm: Meeting, Official Clan Event
8 pm: Flag Retirement Ceremony

May 26, 2024

7 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
8:30 am: KSU Road Captain, Marshall Tway, Rolling to Remember, Pentagon Parking lot
6 pm: Dinner

May 27, 2024

7 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
9 - 12pm: Clean up, tear down, and departure

There is plenty of level and mostly flat space to park and camp. The driveway is asphalt. The barn has a concrete floor and there is plenty of room for cots and air mattresses. We will have beer, soda, water, and coffee. Feel free to bring your own beverage. There is a gas station (sells ice), a Dollar General (sells ice), and a fast-food Italian (pizza, open from 3 - 9 pm) place about 1 mile from Bauernhof Dennis.
