Meridian Waste Acquires Tin Cans, LLC Increasing Market Presence in the North Carolina Triad Region

Meridian Waste North Carolina LLC, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, has announced a second Q2 2024 acquisition located in the Triad region of North Carolina with the asset purchase of Tin Cans, LLC, effective today. The asset purchase includes roll off collection vehicles, containers, and contracts located in Wake, Johnston, Harnett, Lee, Durham, Moore, Sampson, Orange, Hoke, Chatham, and Cumberland counties in North Carolina. The assets and services will be relocated from Lillington, NC to Meridian Waste’s existing hauling company at 13415 US-421 North in Goldston, NC. Operational staff will transition to Meridian Waste.
