Moraine valley foundation golf outing announced

The moraine valley community college foundation will host its 41st annual golf outing wednesday, sept. 21, at cog hill country club in lemont.

Tickets are $195 per golfer, which includes 18 holes of golf on course no. 3, and food and beverages throughout the day. Registration opens at 7 a.m., with start time at 8:30 a.m. Golfers also can purchase an all-in-fore-fun wristband to play games on the course and have a chance to win prizes.

Golfers and supporters can enjoy dinner and the awards ceremony after golfing, as well as participate in a 50/50 split the pot raffle for cash and other prizes.

“whether you’re an experienced golfer or just playing for fun, the foundation’s golf outing is a perfect time to enjoy golf and time with fellow foundation supporters while raising funds for moraine valley students,” said lisa rispoli, special events and donor relations manager of the foundation. “we always are excited to see our supporters and donors at our outings and appreciate them making a difference for students as they pursue higher education.”

The foundation also will host a silent auction, which will be open for bidding from sept. 12 through sept. 21.

This year’s outing is presented by live right senior care.
