Moraine Valley to offer information sessions at its extension sites

Moraine Valley Community College will offer information sessions at its two extension sites in Tinley Park and Blue Island to introduce potential students to the programs and services available at each center for the fall semester.

The Southwest Education Center, located at 17900 S. 94th Ave., in Tinley Park, will hold its information session on Monday, Aug. 1, from 5 to 7 p.m. The Education Center at Blue Island, located at 12940 S. Western Ave., will have a session on Monday, Aug. 8, from 5 to 7 p.m.

In addition to learning about the class offerings at the sites, participants will hear about the admission and financial aid processes and tour the facilities. Door prizes also will be given during the sessions.
