Join us for an evening of Mindful Breathing and Meditation to invite calm, connection and clarity into your life. It’s time to slow down, relax your mind, body, and spirit, and come together with other like-minded people. If you’ve never meditated before and want to try something new, join us in the peaceful setting of the Tiffany Gallery and enjoy the ancient art of Meditation.

Free entry. No experience required. Bring your own yoga mat.
