During November, writers around the world like to challenge themselves to draft a novel in just 30 days. Come learn about National Novel Writing Month, meet some fellow writers in the community, and get some inspiration to start on your own NaNoWriMo project! 

Adults only. 
This program will take place downstairs in the Program Room.

The Candlewood League of Artists invites the public to a free art demonstration by CT based oil painter & educator, Patty K. Fogle. In 2 hours, Patty will paint a still life painting, following a logical sequence of building a painting from its tonal foundation (its values) to its surface of color.

Movie Night: Coco!

All ages are welcome to come join us in watching Coco (2017) to celebrate the end of Day of the Dead. This movie is rated PG. You are welcome to bring your own snacks (or a picnic dinner!) to enjoy while you watch. 

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
