September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month and signing up for an electronic library card (eCard) has never been easier. Newbury residents who do not yet have a library card can now register online for an eCard that provides immediate access to the library’s electronic collections such as Kanopy, Hoopla, Creativebug and more!
