IA Learns Enhancements

Improvements to notifications and user profiles

We've been working with the IA Learns technical team to reduce the number of emails we have to manually send to our users... And we're getting very close to rolling out those changes! In the next couple of weeks, you can expect to start seeing automated reminders before a class (including dates & times so you can make sure your calendar is up to date) and after a class (with instructions on how to access the evaluation and slides, or enroll in the Webinar Archive version of the course if you missed it live).

Now's a good time to make sure your email in IA Learns is up-to-date. We've recently  implemented a change allowing users to edit their own email on their profile (welcome to 2022, eh?).

As you start to receive these reminders, feel free to drop me a line with feedback on their frequency, content, etc. or any other suggestions of features you'd like to see in IA Learns.

Hoping your summer is off to a good start,

Samantha Bouwers | CE Consultant
