Enjoy the Talleyrand Fall Fest and costume Halloween Parade! Parade forms at 10am at Bellefonte Elementary School. The Fest runs 10am-3pm on the Annex side of Talleyrand Park.

HBI partners with the Bellefonte Sunrise Rotary and Centre County Library for this wonderful celebration of fall.

The parade will line up at the Bellefonte Elementary parking lot behind the school and procession will start at 11:30am and proceed down North Allegheny Street to W. High Street to the diamond and then
proceed from the Diamond down West High Street to the Talleyrand Park Gazebo for final judging and prizes. Please stay for all activities, vendors, games, food, and fun!
