Spearheading this exciting venture are Jamie and Pam St. Clair. Possessing a shared passion for dogs and their wellbeing, the duo was drawn to the brand based on The Dog Stop’s true love and care for our four-legged friends. The couple saw the brand’s deep understanding of pet health and safety, and the in-depth knowledge to produce a good environment for their animals. The grand opening event is poised to be exciting for owners and dogs alike, featuring a live radio event with WCYQ-100.3 THE WOLF, special offers on retail and grooming, human and dog treats alike and tours of the facility.

The St. Clairs have resided in Knoxville for two years, after migrating from Maine where they grew up and lived for over 40 years. Prior to starting this venture with The Dog Stop, the duo both worked corporate jobs, Pam in insurance and Jamie in banking and finance. Before his previous job, Jamie aspired and studied to be a veterinarian, and always hoped to return to the pet care field. They want their new business to benefit the local Knoxville community that they have grown so attached to in their time here thus far, and truly help both owners and dogs in the area.
