Never Look Away: Serge Daney’s Radical 1970s

Film at Lincoln Center's retrospective on French film critic Serge Daney is underway with a generous selection of the films Daney championed in Cahiers du Cinéma, with many selections presented on 35mm. There is still a chance to see classics on the big screen, including Pier Paolo Pasolini’s Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom, Jacques Tati’s Trafic, Wim Wenders and Nicholas Ray’s 4K restoration of Lightning Over WaterJean-Luc Godard and Anne-Marie Miéville’s Here and Elsewhere, and many more!
