Digitization Project

The Library has digitized three of our historic newspapers published from 1837 to 1915:

Quincy Daily Ledger     1890-1915
Quincy Monitor              1886-1898
Quincy Patriot                1837-1915

This project was funded with a generous gift to the TCPL Foundation from local historian, Wayne G. Miller.  Additionally, CPA grant funding of $110,000 will provide support for preservation microfilming and digitization of nearly a dozen historic newspapers, including the Quincy Advertiser (1884-1914) and the Quincy Telegram (1909-1927).
