Body Conditioning exercise class will be in person at the center Mondays 10:30 am and Wednesdays 11:30am. Free activity.

Tuesdays, Computer club at10:00 am; Silver Needles at 1:00 pm; Wednesdays, Tai Chi at 10:00am; Mahjongg at 1:00 pm.Fridays, Rummikub@10:00am, Chair Yoga at 10:30am, Canasta at 1:00pm.

The Municipal Agent, Dawn MacNutt, will be at the center Tuesdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Massage with Jill, Wednesday,8th & 29th By appointment only. Enjoy a seated complimentary 10 minute gentle neck and shoulder massage with Jill, a licensed massage therapist.

The RVNA Health will be here on Tuesday,June 21st for a blood pressure clinic at 1:00PM.

Library Program, Tuesday June 28th at 12:30 pm. Meet with Chris Fisher from the Burnham Library at the senior center. He will be available to teach you about their downloadable audio books, eBooks and free movies. The center is now considered a Burnham Library’s Satellite Library.

Breakfast Club Thursday, June 2nd at 9:00am , 3meals/$15, 6/$30, single meal $7. Monthly menu includes a Sausage biscuit and Fruit bar .

Movie Matinee Thursday, June 9 at 1:00pm: Showing “Best Sellers”- starring Micheal Caine and Audrey Plaza.

Father’s Day Lunch Thursday, June 16 at 12:00pm. Menu will be Pulled Pork sandwich, Coleslaw and Root Beer floats. Make your reservation.

Wine Glass Painting Class, Monday, June 27th at 1:00pm. A snack and a gift basket raffle will be offered with this un activitiy . Instructor is Wendy Mutter of the Lutheran Home Southbury.

Afternoon Jazz & Lunch Thursday, June 30th at 12:00pm.An Independence Day Celebration with the jazz trio, The Dirty Martinis. Menu: Jambalaya from the Cookhouse! Sign up requested. Suggested donation $12.00

Our Senior Van is available for the use of residents. Please note that during Covid-19 we are only transporting people that are well. Use includes doctor appointments, grocery shopping and special activities with a limited destination of 20 miles. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the senior van director, Ann Frattalone at 860-350-3042 at least two weeks in advance for an appointment.
