Scituate Community Electricity is a program in development by the Town to create new electricity supply options for our residents and businesses. The Department of Public Utilities has approved the Plan for the Scituate Community Electricity Program, the final step is the regulatory review process. Scituate Community Electricity does not yet have a launch date. The Town is assessing opportunities to conduct a competitive electricity bid and then launch the Program. Prior to launch, the Town will conduct an extensive outreach and education program, including a direct mailer to each eligible customer.

Please note - Scituate Community Electricity will never call you or knock on your door. Any communications from the Scituate Program will have the town seal.
