5 Tips to Help You Drink More
If you think you need to be drinking more,
here are some tips to increase your fluid intake
and reap the benefits of water:
-Have a beverage with every snack and meal.
-Choose beverages you enjoy; you're likely to drink more liquids if you like the way they taste.
-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Their high water content will add to your hydration. About 20% of our fluid intake comes from foods.
-Keep a bottle of water with you in your car, at your desk, or in your bag.
-Choose beverages that meet your individual needs. If you're watching calories, go for non-caloric beverages or water.

Fee: Male or Female: $19.00
Neutered male or spayed female: $8.00
A certificate must be presented to the Town Clerk when licensed for the first time
All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies & owner must submit a certificate when licensing for the first time or
when rabies has expired.
Renewal of previous license must be done by June 30th
without penalty.
Effective this year.....If you plan to board your dog at a CT Kennel, you are required to provide proof of license in town of residence.

(Free for those who can demonstrate proof of need with a Connecticut ID card)
All cats and dogs must be crated or leashed
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of prior vaccination or current dog license certificate with rabies expiration date
must be presented to qualify for a 3 year vaccination
otherwise a 1 year dose will be given.
