Jaffrey/Rindge Women Come together! There is a new group that has formed in the Jaffrey and Rindge area. Aptly called Jaffrey Rindge Women. The goal of this group is to encourage small women business owners as well as women in these communities to increase their market share, volunteer in the community , help out neighbors in need through the powerful tool of networking, all while “Celebrating Women”. “Gossip is good and we women love to talk”, said Faith Filiault, Founder of Jaffrey Rindge Women. “ Our tag line is “Empowering 2 Communities of Women”. By offering a forum for women to connect locally, the overall mission is to empower women to facilitate their own personal and professional growth. This will naturally benefit these women’s family’s as well, thus helping to build and sustain a greater impact to their communities.” This could mean anything from finding volunteer opportunities in the community to helping out a caretaker that needs a break and can thus, give the woman caretaker a little reprieve. “The networking opportunities are great since this group is directed specifically to the women in these communities. There is a great need for the women small business owner to promote her business but often times lack the money or the resources that enable her to do so”.
