The Gloucester City Cultural Arts Society brings volunteer musicans to the Farmers Market, Troxie's Chicken and Pizza, and Espresso Coffee. They have held poetry readings and public speakers at the library. They bring artistic enriching events to the city. They meet every third Tuesday of the month at The Gloucester City library, 7:30pm.
