We all would like to see world peace. This vision can only come about when each of us arrives at lasting inner peace. Dharmachakra Buddhist Center is dedicated to helping everyone find lasting inner peace through compassion, wisdom and methods of developing the mind. Anyone can apply these methods to their daily lives, regardless of their background or way of life.
We offer classes for adults and children that promote kindness, patience and compassion. Our study programs provide in-depth exploration of Buddhist psychology, philosophy and meditation practices. Buddhism teaches methods for finding inner peace and happiness, and emphasizes meditation as a means of personal development.
Kadampa Buddhism is a modern presentation that is firmly rooted in traditional Tibetan and Indian sources. It is suited for people who want clear, and precise instructions for spiritual growth, and methods for responding positively to everyday problems as well as major life events.
We are a volunteer based, non-profit, community service organization.
