Senior Friday - Music - Jazz Appreciation

Bassist, Fred Hunter and his trio will perform the jazz classics you love while he explains how to listen to the rhythms, harmonies and improvisational techniques of some of the jazz giants who have helped to create America's original art form.

Seniors are invited to come to The Newark Museum for a series of afternoon programs that include hands-on activities, musical performances, film screenings and gallery discussions.  Coffee, tea and cookies will be served and a 10% discount will be offered in the Museum shop.

Groups are welcome.
