For more information, call or email Deb Henderson at 609-678-6516 or dhenderson@njuniversitytitle.com.  Looking forward to another great event in October.

Governor Christie Signs Continuing Ed Exemption Into Law

Licensees that have had a BROKER or BROKER-SALESPERSON License for 40 or more years
are now exempt from the provisions of the State of NJ Continuing Education
requirement for license renewal in 2019.
The new legislation DOES NOT exempt individuals with a regular salesperson license.
Any questions about your exemption should be directed to the NJ Real Estate Commission.

REALTOR Emeritus Applications

If you have been a member of the REALTOR® Association continuously for 40 years, AND served one year on a local, state or national committee you may be eligible for this distinction. Applications may be submitted on your behalf once you notify us of your eligibility, but we need to know before OCTOBER.
