Church History:

The First Summit Baptist Church has a rich history dating all the way back to 1805. In a world where organizations come and go, including churches, we are proud of our church heritage.

For over two hundred years our church has stood firm for the Bible, proclaiming the Gospel, and sending missionaries all around the world. We are thankful for God’s faithfulness to sustain His work in Charlotteville over these years. We are also thankful for each generation of believers who have stayed faithful to Christ and His Word without compromise all these years.

We, in this generation, will also remain true to the Bible and keep the lighthouse of our church shining bright for the Lord Jesus Christ.
