Shenlaw, LLC is a small yet dynamic New York law firm consisting of attorneys at law, legal consultants and law clerks. Founded in 2002 by, and named after, Jianming Shen, Esq., formerly Kenneth Wang Research Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law, and Research Fellow (with highest rank) at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, Shenlaw, LLC is also doing business under the registered assumed name of Professor Shen Law Firm.

In 2005, as the term Shenlaw had become a reputable de facto service mark representing an image of quality legal service, we filed a Certificate of Amendment to our Articles of Organization and adopted the current official name, Shenlaw, LLC, still also doing business as Prof Shen Law Firm.

While relatively young, the firm has experienced steady growth in terms of both practice and personnel.

Headquartered in New York, Shenlaw, LLC provides top-quality legal services in the areas of appeals (state and federal), business law / corporate law, Chinese business law, immigration law, intellectual property (including patent law and trademark), international law, and related litigation (state and federal) and arbitration matters.
