Holiday House Tour, Food & Wine Tasting

The North Fork Bed and Breakfast Association is getting into the holiday spirit as they prepare for their annual Holiday House Tour with Progressive Food and Wine Tasting.

All B&Bs on the tour have pulled out all the stops in decorating their homes in holiday splendor and warmth. Each stop on the Merlot Tour will offer refreshments and music to their visitors. On the Champagne Tour, guests will travel from one sumptuously decorated B&B to the next as they enjoy wine and food pairings from some of the top North Fork restaurants and wineries along the way.

Quintessentials Bed, Breakfast & Spa, www.quintessentialsinc.com, is just one of the beautiful and historic homes that will be open for touring during this special holiday event. Other homes on the Champagne Tour include, Aunt Dot's Victorian, Bartlett House, Shorecrest and Blue Iris. Food on the Champagne Tour will be provided by some of the top North Fork Restaurants, including Legends, A Mano, Jamesport Manor Inn, Love Lane Kitchen and Frisky Oyster. Local, award-winning wines provided by Martha Clara, Osprey's Dominion, Old Fields, Peconic Bay and Rafael.

The Merlot Tour includes music and refreshments provided by the B&Bs including Orient Inn, Arbor View House, Harbor Knoll and Andrews Legacy.
