Our office is active in Residential Sales, Rentals, Commercial, and Business Brokerage with Professional Intermediaries. Our realtors have the experience and training to ensure that closings occur in a timely, confidential manner. This is essential to maintaining the integrity of the transaction and to ensure as little stress as possible to our clients. Our brokers first responsibility is to pre-qualify the buyer or business opportunity to make sure there is a suitable match. When a perspective buyer/seller is located, a confidential agreement is executed and a buyer qualification form is filled out to ensure the client is qualified to complete the transaction. Once we have pre-qualified the buyer, we forward a very complete and professional confidential memorandum of the offer to the prospective buyer/seller for review.

We stay in close contact with all of our clients to keep them abreast of the activities that occur with regards to their home. We gather all of the information that will be needed for closings from the Mortgage Company, Lawyers, Inspectors etc. We handle all contingencies to the sale.
