Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors, it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility. The classes are equally beneficial for babies as instructors will weave songs through the workout and incorporate activities to make it fun.

We welcome babies as young as six weeks as well as toddlers too! Just bring a sturdy stroller, sneakers, a mat or towel for floor work and get ready for a GREAT WORKOUT! It's not just a walk in the park!

It’s a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby! In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers Luna Moms Club with fun, weekly playgroups, "Moms Night Out" and much more!
