The Taghkanic Chorale has been an established cultural organization in the Hudson Valley for 42 years. It is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization, serving enthusiastic singers and concertgoers from Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange and the mid-Hudson Valley, who appreciate the friendliness of the group, the high caliber of its musical direction, and the professionalism of the Chorale’s performances. The Chorale performs two concerts a year in the mid- and northern Westchester area. The Chorale practices on Tuesday nights from 7:30 p.m.-10 p.m. at the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene, White Hill Road, Yorktown, near the Route 202 Exit off the Taconic Parkway. New singers are welcome.
