Westchester Tai Chi Meetup Group

Our group meets Monday and Thursday to practice Tai Chi and exchange ideas.   Tai Chi, this ancient Chinese martial art form can help you gain better physical health, clearer mind and calmer spirit.

So why practice Taichi alone if you can share your learning experience with others?  You will learn something new and make new friends at our meetups.

Beginners are welcome!   With the practice led by our award-winning instructors, you’ll experience the flow of your chi, or energy at a friendly setting.

This is a great occasion for an individual to get fit and get to know new friends.  It's also great for the family to get the work out and have fun together.
