In 1930, Augustus G. Paine Jr. gave the Paine Memorial Free Library, as a gift, to the town of Willsboro. To better accommodate increased programming, the Library recently renovated its lower level to provide additional space. Through the generosity of local residents, businesses, and the Friends of the Library, the building now includes a children's book corner, a rare book collection, and a variety of equipment, which strengthen the capability of the library.
