Pine Tree Vistas is an affordable, accessible apartment community for people with mobility disabilities. Accessibility features include wide doorways and halls, low kitchen counters and cabinets, sinks at wheelchair level and open underneath, and roll-in showers. Pine Tree Vistas has a laundry room, automatic exterior doors, and a spacious patio area with grills. Apartments are HUD subsidized and tenant rent is only 30% of adjusted monthly income; heat, water and electricity are included. Applicants must meet all program eligibility requirements.
