Then I looked at Twist Boards and the diameters are small and you're limited in what you can do. I just received the Ultimate Fitness Object and I love it. The handles are sturdy and the platform is made of firm comfortable foam with grooves for your knees and multidirectional wheels. I like that I can do a lot of different exercises: pushups, crunches and twists; just to name a few because I just received it. I fractured my right fibula near my ankle and severely sprained my left so this will help keep me in shape as I heal. My cast doesn't hit the ground and if I want to go to the other side of the room I can roll over using the handles to keep me steady. So far I've used it on carpet and hardwood floors and a smoother surface is more optimal. The instructional tape is VHS and I called the company to see if they had it on DVD and they don't. According to the reviews, a lot of people on Amazon including myself really like the idea of the Ab Circle Pro however I'm very glad I found this product instead because it's durable, comfortable, easily portable and I'm able to do more with the product for a lot less money. This is one of 4 presentations given that day. This is only the slide show portion, which was obtained as the result of a Freedom of Information Act request. Accompanying audio or video is not available. This is the presentation given by long-time NASA employee Gustave C. Fralick, in association with work performed by John D. Wrbanek, Susan Y. Wrbanek and Janis Niedra. This presentation gives an overview of NASA's attempt to replicate Pons and Fleishmann back in 1989. The results of these experiments did in fact produce anomalous heat but not neutrons. The success in producing excess heat and the fact that NASA even performed these replication attempts was not made public knowledge until September of 2011. The author of the report detailing the experimental results in 1989 was authored by the save Gustave Fralick who gave this presentation at NASA GRC in September of 2011. As this report, the other presentations given at NASA GRC, the patent application recently filed by NASA's Dr. Joseph Zawodny, and other evidence that NASA is currently investigating LENR indicate, the agency now feels the anomalous heat produced by "cold fusion" cells is worth further investigation and offers great promise in revolutionizing the energy landscape. Make CATopia Real is a campaign aimed at the realization of a physical utopian cat park (location TBD). Over the course of a 3 month exhibition at SPACES, viewers were asked to consider their feline's CATopian dream(s) and to submit images, text, or other information to us for research purposes. Supplied content was collected, edited, and re-presented on makecatopiareal.com, with a new cat chakra opening up each week.
