Weighing yourself on a scale doesn't tell the whole story. Find out your body's percentage of lean body mass, muscle, fat, and water through a computerized test. It's quick, easy, and painless. Personalized meal and exercise suggestions are included in fee. Fifteen minute appointments.

Fee Notes:Please make the check payable to Grady Life Center and bring the check to give to the instructor at the first class.

Supply Notes: Be prepared to take off shoe and sock on one foot.

Class/Event Refund Policy: Please call to cancel if you are unable to attend.

Inclement Weather Policy: The hospital reserves the right to waive part or all course fees if inclement weather patterns or a Level 3 snow emergency result in the cancellation of the course. The level of refund given to enrollees, if any, will be determined by the number of class hours attended by each enrollee.

Couples Enrollment Policy: Certain courses are designed for couples to attend. The fee charged for these courses applies to both persons as a unit, and both persons are required to attend. Discount and refund policies apply to both persons as a unit.
