Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter with offices in Lima, Mansfield, Findlay and Toledo serves a 24 county area with a mission to enhance the quality of life of all persons affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders through compassionate, comprehensive services; effective advocacy; support for research; and access to current information and resources with a variety of quality programs and services that includes, but not limited to: Helpline, Adult Day Services, educational programs, caregiver (support) groups and the Safe Return program.
