Family/Divorce 40 Hr. Mediation Training Course

This course meets the educational requirements required by the Mediation Act and  is approved for 40 hours of MCLE credit by the Oklahoma Bar Association.

This course explores:

The financial, legal, social, psychological, and procedural dynamics of divorce mediation are explained and then experienced in mock mediations. This training includes an examination of Oklahoma's family law and its impact upon the mediation of domestic subjects such as divorce, property division, custody, visitation, grandparent and elder care issues.
