Consists of personalized exercise program, lifestyle modification, and support/education sessions.

New Face of Fitness is a multi-faceted program designed for women who are overweight/obese (BMI over 30 - a 5'4" woman would weigh 174 or more), between the ages of 20 and 55, and are not comfortable at traditional fitness centers - designed to emphasize that fitness comes in all sizes and shapes.New Face of Fitness is a non-intimidating program that combines exercise and wellness classes.Classes are le by a certified instructor who works out with the class and leads a support group designed to help participants make the lifestyle changes necessary to get fit and healthy.

Instructor - Sarah Fowler Barr

Level I:Beginners:February 11 - June 25, 2008
Mondays:6:00 - 7:00 PM,
Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.
Education/Support: 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 7 - 7:30 P.M.

Level II:For those who have completed Level I:February 12 - June 26, 2008
Tuesdays:6:00 - 7:00 PM
Thursdays: 6:00 - 7:00PM
Education/Support “2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 7 - 7:30 P.M.

FEE:$20 registration fee refunded if you attend 80% of classes
$10 per month (includes screening and childcare)

FREE for low to moderate income women.
