About us:
Cumberland County American Red Cross has been without a permanent home since May 1st, 2006. The office building located at 1710 Ritner Highway has been deteriorating for a long time and was not sufficient to meet the ever increasing needs of Cumberland County and Shippensburg, Franklin County individuals! On May 1st, 2006, the staff had to move out of the current Red Cross building due to the continuing deterioration of the building. On Thursday, December 22, 2006, we purchased the Greater Grace Church located at 54 S. Bedford Street, Carlisle. We are now working on raising additional money needed towards the renovation of this church.
