As cancer survivors, men and women alike needto learn how to FLOW and adapt to changes in their lifestyles. FLOW was created to help these survivors combat feelings of isolation, fatigue, pain, and low self-esteem, as well as muscle weakness and balance concerns.
A qualified facilitator leads class members through a series of movements which can help with the healing and strengthening of the body at each participant's own pace. The physical benefits of exercise are well documented. Experts have shown that physical activity is known to increase endorphins that create a state of well-being. Also, total body movement enhances the functions of other body systems, such a circulatory, respiratory, skeletal, and muscular.
Find healing from different aspects of your life in our Flow program, a welcoming and safe environment for all levels of cancer survivors. You are also welcome to bring a friend along.
