Childbirth Class

This is a five-week childbirth education series that encourages your active participation as a couple during pregnancy, birth and the first few weeks at home. Special emphasis is placed on relaxation and breathing techniques that can be used not only during the labor and delivery process, but also throughout your life for stress and pain management. The classes will include a tour of the Family Birth Center, lectures, discussions and videos. The class fee is $62.50.
