The 12U Bobcats is a year-around baseball program dedicated to providing a positive travel baseball experience for young student athletes and their families. Many of the qualities and life lessons needed to be successful in life can be learned, developed and shown through sports. The 12U Bobcats firmly believe this philosophy and try to live it. The all volunteer cocahing staff is dedicated to teaching the players good life lessons and helping mold them into positive role models and responsible citizens.

The coaching philosophy focuses on teaching the fundamentals of baseball to strengthen the player’s abilities and enthusiasm for the game.  Emphasis is on:  
• Teamwork & Sportsmanship
• Self-discipline & Self-respect
• Success in academics
• Treating others with dignity and respect
• Community involvement.

The 12U Bobcats have players ages 11 & 12.  Practices are twice a week at Forest Park High School. 

The Bobcats are a non-profit organization.  The Bobcats are members of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and U.S. Specialty Sports Association (USSSA), which are non-profit organizations dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness. 

The Bobcats organization also offers travel baseball programs for 11U, 10U and 9U.  All of these teams practice in Eastern Prince William County.  They play teams from all around Virginia.  They also participate in a number of tournaments which give them the opportunity to play against travel teams from Maryland, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
